To prepare a quotation for architectural visualization, it helps us to receive the basic project information: CAD drawings, 3D models in Revit, finish specifications or visual references, timelines, and the specific needs of your project. From there, we can assess whether the best option is 3D rendering, a promotional video, a 360 virtual tour, or a virtual reality experience.

Yes, we can work from 2D drawings, although having an existing 3D model helps speed up the process. What matters most is not the starting format itself, but having enough information to understand the project, its materials, its spaces, and the presentation goal that needs to be achieved.

Timelines depend mainly on the number of services commissioned and the overall scale of the project. Although we define a global timeframe for completing the full project, we work progressively: we first develop the still images and deliver them as they are completed. Once those views have been reviewed and approved, we continue with the remaining contracted services, such as video, 360 tour, or virtual reality, if they are part of the brief.

Our process includes two main review stages. The first is used to validate modelling, viewpoints, composition, and lighting before finalizing materials. The second takes place on the advanced result, once materials and finishes have already been applied. This system helps us make corrections in time and keep the project under control.

We have a presence in Malaga and Marbella, but we also work with studios, developers, and real estate companies in other cities such as Madrid and Barcelona, as well as in other countries.
